| 摘要 | 本文試圖初探儒家和佛教對於性別倫理中婚姻平權的立場與觀點， 以及此二學說如何看待現代社會部分人士對於同性婚姻（包含同性戀 者）的攻擊。筆者將論證：（ 1）人格平等與尊嚴是儒家與佛教回應現代 社會對同性婚姻可能的攻擊的共同基礎；（ 2）一般對同性婚姻常存的偏 見多是因為僵固而守舊和自以為是；（ 3）造成問題 2）的根本原因是不 明白道德與非道德的界限、混淆與誤用習俗與道德的概念。 This essay attempts to preliminarily investigate Confucian and Buddhist positions and perspectives to the issue of equal marriage in gender ethics, and also to see how they respectively respond to the attack against same-sex marriage (including homosexuality) from some people in modern society. The arguments of this essay are as follows. (1) Confucianism and Buddhism share the same concepts which are personal equality and dignity, but not in the same conceptions, as the grounds to respond to the foregoing attacks. (2) The biases of some people in general are attributed to unwilling to be open-minded but remaining in the old ruts, and dogmatically regarding themselves as infallible. (3) The fundamental causes to lead (2) are rooted in their ignorance of the boundary between morality and non-morality, as well as their misunderstanding and misusing the concepts of morals and customs. |
