| 摘要 | During a visit in October 1997 the author studied six higher education institutions in Inner Mongolia and three in Tibet, as well as several elementary and secondary schools in both provinces. A brief history of these provinces is followed by a survey of primary, secondary and tertiary education in each one, highlighting both the similarities and contrasts between the more urbane and economically vital Inner Mongolia and the more rural and economically disadvantaged Tibet. Aspects examined by the author include admission policy, fees, curricula, language of instruction, preservation of cultural identity and transition to work. Während eines Besuchs im Oktober 1997 studierte der Autor sechs Hochschulinstitutionen in der Inneren Mongolei und drei in Tibet, sowie mehrere Grundschulen und weiterführende Schulen in beiden Provinzen. Einem kurzen Abriss der Geschichte dieser Provinzen folgt ein Überblick über den Primar-, Sekundar- und Tertiarbildungsweg in jeder Provinz unter Hervorhebung sowohl der Ähnlichkeiten als auch der Gegensätze zwischen der eher städtischen und wirtschaftlich vitaleren Inneren Mongolei und dem ländlicheren und wirtschaftlich benachteiligteren Tibet. Die vom Autor untersuchten Aspekte beinhalten die Zulassungspolitik, Gebühren, Curricula, Unterrichtssprache, den Erhalt der kulturellen Identität sowie den Übergang zur Arbeitswelt. Lors d'une mission effectuée en octobre 1997, l'auteur a visité six institutions d'enseignement supérieur en Mongolie-Intérieure et trois au Tibet, ainsi que plusieurs écoles élémentaires et secondaires de ces deux régions autonomes de la Chine. Un aperçu historique est suivi d'une présentation des deux systèmes primaires, secondaires et universitaires, relevant les similarités et les contrastes entre la Mongolie-Intérieure à l'urbanisation et l'économie plus développées, et le Tibet plus rural et économiquement défavorisé. Parmi les aspects traités par l'auteur figurent les politiques d'admission, les droits, les curriculums, les langues d'enseignement, la préservation de l'identité culturelle et le passage à la vie active. Durante una visita realizada en octubre de 1997, el autor ha estudiado seis institutos de enseñanza superior en Mongolia Interior y tres en Tíbet, al igual que varias escuelas primarias y secundarias en ambas provincias. A continuación de una reseña histórica de estas provincias el autor presenta una investigación de la educación primaria, secundaria y terciara en cada una de ellas, realzando tanto las similitudes como los contrastes que existen entre la Mongolia Interior, más urbana y con gran actividad económica, y Tíbet, más rural y con una economía en desventaja. Los aspectos examinados por el autor incluyen política, aranceles, planes de estudios, lengua de enseñanza, conservación de la identidad cultural y acceso al trabajo. Автор данной статьи в октябре 1997 года посетил шесть Bысших образовательных заведений во внутренней Монголии и три в Тибете, а также несколько начальных и средних школ в этих провинциях. В данной статье после краткой истории этих провинций дан обзор начального, среднего и высшего образования в каждой отдельной провинции, где подчеркиваются как общие черты, так и различия между более урбанизированной и экономически жнзнеспособной внутренней Монголией и более сельским и экономически непривилегированным Тибетом. Среди вопросов, изученных автором данной статьи, отмечаются следующие: политика зачисления, оплата учебы. учебная программа, язык обучения, сохранение культурной самобытности и связь с работой. |
