| 摘要 | This article describes an outpatient contemplative psychology treatment modality, Windhorse, in terms understandable to clinicians with ego psychology–based concepts of group dynamics and to those in any psychotherapeutic treatment facility. Described is a complex overlapping system of treatment groups that together form the transferential field of the treatment team. The phenomena of transference, countertransference, exchange, and split transferences are described from a mindfulness-based perspective, within the treatment groups, which include the clients, family, and staff. Clinical supervision within the team is discussed. |
