| 摘要 | The concept of ālayavijñāna belongs to the most original and interesting ideas of Mahāyāna Buddhism philosophy. It was invented to resolve the theoretical problems of Abhidharmic philosophy of mind. In the classical yogācāra philosophy ālayavijñāna is an unconscious level of mind that exits even when conscious activity temporarily ceases. The origin, development and variants of the ālayavijñāna concept are discussed in the text. |
