| 摘要 | The article analyses some of the Buddhist philosophy, and their uses to solve scientific problems in the sphere of civil process. Philosophical set of Buddhism -recognizing all that accustomed to our mind in reality do not exist as independent entities, is usefulfor critical reflection of science civil process. In the context of the Buddhist theory of knowledge you can question the adequacy of the Marxist theory of reflection that underlies the theory of proof and evidence.
