| 摘要 | 불교사회복지 전달체계의 개념은 중앙종단의 사회복지기관과 교구본사와단위사찰의 불교사회복지 시설 및 기관과 관련된 조직의 구조적 배열을의미한다. 또한 불교사회복지 시설의 이용자의 다양한 문제와 요구와 서비스의 제공자의 기술과 지식 및 자원 등이 상호작용을 이루며 전개되는일정한 조직적 과정이라 할 수 있다. 불교사회복지 시설은 지역사회 내에서 중요한 사회복지 자원이며 불교사회복지 서비스의 제공을 통하여 불교의 역할을 수행하는 중요한 장이다. 따라서 불교사회복지의 활성화를 위하여 불교가 가지고 있는 자원으로효율적인 서비스를 전달하기 위한 조직적이고 체계적인 전달체계의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 불교사회복지의 전달체계의 문제에 대하여 살펴보고, 불교사회복지의 전달체계가 효과적으로 기능하기 위한 불교사회복지 전달체계의 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. The concept of the Buddhist social service delivery system is represented by a structural sequence of related organizations beginning with the social service agencies of the Buddhist order headquarters and extending to the Buddhist social service facilities of district head temples and branch temples. At the same time it involves systematic procedures in which the diverse needs and issues of service users interact with the skills, knowledge, and resources of service providers. As a crucial part of the social service resources in regional communities, Buddhist social service facilities provide an important medium to fulfill the functions of Buddhism by providing Buddhist social services. Consequently Buddhist social services should be revitalized, and the establishment of a systematic delivery system is essential in order to provide efficient services based on the available resources Buddhism has preserved. The purpose of this study is to survey the problems of the Buddhist social service delivery system and to come up with ways to improve it so that the Buddhist social service delivery system may function more effectively. |
