| 摘要 | 명상의 의료 현장에서의 활용은 점점 늘어나고 있다. 그렇지만, 여전히 보완대체의학의 영역에서 제한적으로 활용이 되고 있다. 이에 대하여 의료계의 진료 가이드라인에서는 기준에 부합한 대규모의 임상 연구와 기전 탐색의 부족으로 그 이유를 설명하고 있다. 명상이 의료 현장에서 활용을 높이기 위해서는 명상과 의학 각 분야가 각각의 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 명상은 본래의 의미를 잘 유지하면서 의료 현장에서 활용될 수 있는 수준 높은 명상 프로그램의 개발이 필요하고, 의학에서는 질환에 특화된 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 의학적 기준을 타 학문 분야의 특성을 고려한 평가 기준의 변화를 통하여 명상 연구를 활발하게 진행할 필요가 있다. 한국에서는 한의학의 기공과 융합적인 연구가 임상적 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한, 명상은 치료 수단일 뿐 아니라 의료인의 자기 관리에도 도움이 되는 수양법의 하나로서의 의미 역시 중요하다. The use of meditation in the medical field is increasing. However, it is still limitedly used in the field of complementary alternative medicine. This is explained by the medical community's medical guidelines as a lack of large-scale clinical studies and mechanism exploration that meet the standards. In order for meditation to be used in the medical field, each field of meditation and medicine needs to make their own efforts. Meditation requires the development of high-quality meditation programs that can be used in the medical field while maintaining its original meaning, medical science needs to develop disease-specific programs, and meditation research needs to be actively conducted through changes in evaluation standards considering the characteristics of other academic fields. In Korea, the convergent research with Korean medicine and Qigong can help clinical use. In addition, meditation is not only a means of treatment method, but also its meaning as one of the management methods that helps medical personnel themselves. |
