| 摘要 | 명나라의 지욱은『점찰선악업보경』을 참법의의 형태로 사용하기 위하여『점찰선악업보경행법』(이하『행법』) 1권을 지었다. 여기서는 『행법』의 내용을 고찰하여『점찰선악업보경』이 실제적으로 수행법이 나 심신계발 프로그램, 상담학의 입장에서 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가 하는 기초적 자료를 분석하려고 한다. 따라서 본 연구자는 첫째, 『행법』에 나타난 참회의 의례행법이 상 담심리학적인 실존적 상담치료라는 측면에서 실천적 이해를 증진시 키는 방편으로 가치가 있음을 기술한다. 둘째, 실존주의 상담과 심리 치료가 고통과 위기의 시간에 살고 있는 내담자와 상담자에게 고통 과 위기에서 벗어날 수 있는 예방교육으로서 연관성이 있음을 강조 한다. 즉 점(占)찰의 행법을 실존적으로 삶에 적용하여 자기 삶을 반 성하고 자신의 삶을 만들어 나가는 존재로 충분히 삶의 가치를 실현 하는 데 활용할 수 있음을 조명해 보는 연구를 하였다. Jiwook in the Ming Dynasty compiled one volume of 『Zhanchashaneybao sultra haengbeop(a method of Buddhist self-discipline』(hereinafter, referred to as『 haengbeop』in a bid to use 『Zhanchashaneybao sultra』as the form of Chambeop (self-discipline through recitation of Buddhist Scriptures for penitence of sins). In this study, this researcher is intending to analyze the basic material as to how 『Zhanchashaneybao sultra』can be practically utilized from the position of a method of Buddhist self-discipline, mind & body improvement program, and counseling by considering the contents of haengbeop. Therefore, first, this researcher is to provide a description that the formal Haengbeop of penitence specified in 『Haengbeop』 has the value as an expedient of enhancing practical understanding from the aspect of counseling psychology-based existential counseling therapy. Second, this paper is to put emphasis on the fact that existential counseling and psychotherapy have correlationship as a preventive education which makes it possible for a client and a counselor, who are living in times of distress and crisis, to be freed from the distress and crisis. In other words, this paper is committed to the research which attempted to shed a light on the fact that it’s possible for one to fully realize the value of life as an existence who is reflecting on one’s life, and gradually creating his/her own life through the existential application of Haengbeop of Zhancha divination to one’s life. |
