| 摘要 | 본 논문은 『중론』 제9장의 ‘모든 감관들 보다 선행(先行)하는 주체’가 『반야등론』(PP) 및 『반야등론복주』(PPṬ) 제9장에서 푸드갈라로 전환되면서 파생되는 문제점들을 고찰한다. 즉, 『중론』 의 선행 주체는, PP 및 PPṬ에서 이전 생의 행위의 결과로 인해 다음 생에 오온을 취하는 푸드갈라로 규정되고 독자부는 그 선행 주체의 증명을 위해 성전을 인용한다. 필연적으로 독자부와 바비베카의 논쟁은 바른 인식 근거로서 성언량의 타당성으로 옮겨진다. 여기서 독자부는 바르트르하리의 Vākyapadīya(문장단어론)의 게송을 인용하여 인식 근거로서의 성언량을 주장한다. 그런데 이 게송은 바비베카의 또 다른 저서인 『중관심론』에서 미망사학파의 주장으로도 소개되고 있어 바비베카의 오해나 왜곡의 가능성이 보인다. This study examines the problems that arise when A preceding subject existing prior to whole organs in the Mūlama-dhyamaka-kārikā(MMK) chp. 9 changes into Pudgala in Praj-ñāpradīpa(PP) and -ṭīkā (PPṬ) chp. 9. A preceding subject is defined as Pudgala, who will be born in the next life because of the result of previous life act, and Vātsīputrīya quotes the Āgama(scriptures) to prove that Pudgala exists. Inevitably, Vātsīputrīya and Bhāviveka's debate is moved to the validity of Āgama for measurement of knowledge. He-re, Vātsīputrīya cites a verse of Bhartṛhari’s Vākyapadīya to assert of A preceding subject’s existence on the basis of the Āgama. Interestingly, the verse is being recorded as Mīmāṃ-sā’s claims that Āgama as a basis for measurement in Mad-hyamaka-hṛdaya-kārikā, Bhāviveka's another masterpiece. In this case, it seems to be Bhāviveka's misunderstanding or intentional distortion. However, when we examine the relevant debate in the PP(Ṭ), it seems that Bhāviveka faithfully reflected Vātsīputrīya's argument. |
