| 摘要 | The Nyāya System along with the Vedānta forms two major schools among the 6 Hindu Darśanas in the sense that both of them are still living tradions in India, the former, among professonal philosophers in academic circle, the latter, as the doctrinal foundation of Hinduism. The Nyāya System and Buddhist Logilcal School have a long history of debate and mutual influence as the result of which they contributed to make the Indian Philosophy and Buddhism more rich and affluent.
