| 摘要 | 本文以四川甘孜藏區的政教關系在清代和民國時期的演變歷史為研究對象,旨在對影響邊疆社會政教關系的主要因素、內在矛盾及其長期效果作以系統分析。研究結果顯示,在清代和民國時期,影響甘孜藏區政教關系的政策性因素可以區分為兩個層次,一是中央政府處理與藏傳佛教之關系的總體原則,二是主政甘孜藏區的地方官員在具體的地方治理中所秉持的態度和采取的措施。二者并不必然一致,而后者對地方社會之政教關系的影響更為直接。本文尤其對趙爾豐和劉文輝——兩位在甘孜藏區近現代史中具有深遠影響的邊疆官員——的宗教政策的異同進行了比較,并指出:劉文輝將"佛教徒"與"省主席"的身份合于一身,在一定程度上形成了政權與宗教的良性對話,從而蘊含了以政權之力推動藏傳佛教的現代化轉型的深層目標。這為當代關心藏傳佛教命運和藏區社會發展的學者和政府官員提供了重要啟示。 By making a deep exploration of the state-religion relationship in Ganzi Tibetan area and its evolution during the period of Qing and Republic China,this paper aims to identify the major factors that affect this relationship in frontier societies.The study finds that the policies that influence state-religion relationship can be distinguished into two levels:one is the overall principle of the central governments,and the other is the frontier officials’ attitudes and measures in actual local administration.These two levels of religion policies are not necessarily in accord with each other,and the later have got a more direct influence on the state-religion relationship in frontier societies.Furthermore,a deep analysis is made on LiuWen-hui’s religion policies,which successfully integrated the identities of "a Buddhist" and "an official" together and managed to form a positive conversation between authority and the religious leaders.This situation contained an implication of promoting the modem transformation of Tibetan Buddhism,and provides important enlightenment to today’s scholars and officials who are concerned with the future of Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan society. |
