| 摘要 | 無論東方還是西方,宗教與法律都有著密不可分的聯系。在經濟全球化的背景下,全球經濟在一體化的發展中同時也伴隨產生"同質"與"異質"沖突趨勢,這種沖突也影響到了宗教、法律等多個領域。宗教與法律表現出了與以往不同的新情況和新問題,宗教問題更為突出,對與宗教相關的法律提出了更高的要求。如何客觀評價和處理好兩者的關系,使宗教和法律更好地為社會發展提供服務是當前所要解決的重點問題。本文從全球化所呈現出的特征出發,對當前宗教與法律的關系進行分析,探討宗教事務法治化發展的路徑。 Both east and west, religion and law are inextricably linked. In the context of economic globalization, the development of global economic in integration produce the collision of the same and the diversity. This conflict also affected the religious, legal and other fields. The religion and the law showed a variety of new situations and new problems. The religious issues appear more prominent. It requires higher standard to the law. It is very important that how to objectively evaluate and handle the relationship between the law and the religious and to better provide services for social development. This article presents the characteristics of globalization and to analyze the relationship of the religion and the legal and to investigate the rule by law of Religious Affairs. |
