| 摘要 | 21세기 초반 한국사회가 직면하고 있는 과제 중에서 에너지와 핵문제는서로 연결되어 있는 핵심 문제 중 하나이다. 밝음과 빠름이라는 현대 문명의 흐름 속에 들기 위한 노력의 성공으로 얻게 된 외적 풍요는 실 존의 근원적 어두움과 느림의 미학을 밀어내는 요인으로 작동하고 있 다. 이 문제와 관련하여 현실적으로 더 절박한 과제로 다가오는 것은 화 석에너지의 고갈과 그 사용으로 인한 지구온난화. 핵폭탄 및 핵발전소 건설로 인한 인류의 소멸 가능성 내지 거대한 재앙의 가능성이다. 이미 우리는 그것을 오존층 파괴와 기후변화. 일본 후쿠시마 원전사고 등으 로 체험하고 있음에도, 우리들이 느끼는 체감온도는 결코 높다고 볼 수 없다는 데서 더 큰 위기의식을 갖게 된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 과정에서 우리는 현실에 관한 객관적인 통찰로서의 지혜와 그 지혜에 바탕한 자비의 윤리라는 불교윤리적 방안을 찾을 수 있다. 그러나 그것이 단순한 선언적인 수준 에서 공허한 외침으로 끝날 가능성이 있기 때문에, 더 나아가 좀 더 구 체화된 실천방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 그것은 먼저 우리 자신이 사용하고 있는 에너지의 총량을 줄이는 일에서 시작해서 이른바 ‘원전마피 아’로 상징되는 에너지 권력의 실상에 대한 사회윤리적 비판의식을 가 질 필요가 있고, 내 안에 있는 원전 마피아를 인식하고 극복하고자 하는 노력이 필요하기도 하다. The problem of fossil and nuclear energy is an essential problem that the 21st Korean Society have to be solved. The external abundance of our society founded on brightness and speed is a good media of pushing the dark and slowness in the existence of modern civilization. Concerning on this problem, it is a very urgent problem that the being exhasted of fossile energy and following problem of worming of the earth, and nuclear energy of being the atomic bomb. This fear is a real problem in that followed by the break of ozon layer and Japanise nuclear accident. But it is not being a concerning thema of our society. We can find the solution for that problem from the buddhist ethical wisdom and benevolence. But it can be a vacant alternative, so it is needed to find a concert method of solution. We have to get a critical consciousness for the social structure of our society, and to have a social ethics`` consciousness for ‘the nuclear Mafia’ of my mind and our society. |
