| 摘要 | 정영사 혜원의 『대승의장』 「팔식의」는 혜원의 팔식설을 설명하고 있는 체계적이고 방대한 문헌이다. 1종에서 60여종에 이르는 심식의 분류방식은 매우 복잡한 형태를 지니고 있는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로는 진망리분, 진망리합, 진망화합이라는 세 가지 분류체계에 기반한다. 진망리분에 의한 심식은 사식·망식·진식의 세 가지이며, 『대승기신론』에 근거하여 심식이론을 펼치고 있다. 진망화합이란 아리야식·아다나식·육종생기식이며 『섭대승론』에 근거한 것이다. 이는 진과 망이 화합한 심식의 생기에 대해 설명하고 있는 것이다. 진망리합의 분류는 『섭대승론』의 삼성설과 삼무성설에 근거한 것으로 진망리분은 진실성과 분별성에 진망화합은 의타성에 배대한 것이다. 특히 진망리분과 진망화합은 서로 다른 문헌에 사상적 바탕을 두고 있으면서도 그 둘을 조화롭게 설명하고 있다. 이러한 혜원의 삼종심식분류체계에 대한 이해는 그가 사용하는 진식과 망식, 여래장이나 아리야식의 의미를 좀 더 분명하게 드러내 줄 것이다. Dachenyizhang(大乘義章) Bashiyi(八識義) is most important text authored by Ven. Jingyingsi(淨影寺) Huiyuan(慧遠), and it explains about various aspects of mind. He assorts mind from a kind to sixty. Although it seems to very complicate, but in fact, it composed three structures. and these are Zhenwanglifen(眞妄離分), Zhenwanglihe(眞妄離合), Zhenwanghehe(眞妄和合). The way of Zhenwanglifen(眞妄離分)is based on Dachengqixinlun(大乘起信論), the rest two ways are on shedachenglun(攝大乘論). Three aspects of mind that included in Zhenwanglifen are Shishi(事識), Wangshi(妄識), Zhenshi(眞識). alayavijnana(阿梨耶識), adana-vijnana(阿陀那識), Liuzhongshengqishi(六種生起識), these are included in the classification of Zhenwanghehe. The classification of Zhenwanglihe is thoughts of Sanxingshuo(三性說) and Sanwuxingshuo(三無性說). Zhenshi correspond to Zhenshixing(眞實性) and Wangshi correspond to Fenbiexing(分別性), the mind of Zhenwanghehe to Yitaxing(依他性). Each system have different streams of text, but Ven Huiyuan harmonizes it proficiently. The understanding of these three classifications of mind help us to know about his thought. |
