| 摘要 | Master Taixu is best known as a Buddhist reformer and as the creator of Humanistic Buddhism. He also promoted the ideal of creating a pure land on earth, which is linked with Humanistic Buddhism. Because Taixu does not explicitly link the Vimalakīrti sūtra with his “pure land on earth” thought, the present paper examines his writings on that sūtra to find clues about its relationship with Taixu’s pure land on earth thought. |
