| 摘要 | 본 논문은 『14과류소』의 찬술 배경과 사상 그리고 찬술자의 특징과 불교논리학을 이해하는데 필요한 개념 정의를 살펴보았다. 『14과류소』는 첫째 찬술자에 관한 혼동에도 불구하고 여러 논서의 출처 인용으로 보아 문궤의 찬술로 보인다. 둘째 진나의 불교 논리학 사상 중 새로운 인명의 시작을 알리는 因三相을 실례로 사용한 『인명정리문론』의 논파(Jāti 過類)를 주석한 논서이다. 셋째 진나로 인해 더욱 정밀해진 불교 논리학을 문궤가 불교도들의 이해를 돕기 위해 기본적인 이해와 실례를 들어 찬술했던 것으로 추정된다. This paper examined the concepts necessary to understand Buddhist logic, such as the author's controversy over the commentary of 14 types controversy methodology about fallacy(14過類疏) written by Mungwe(文軌), Dignāga's the new method of research in Buddhist recognition logic, and the period of writing. First, The confusion about the author of ‘the 14 Jāti commentary’ is judged by Mengwe's praise for the source of various papers. Second, it is an essay that summarizes the use of ‘因三相’ which marks the beginning of a new method of Buddhist logic among Dignāga’s Buddhist logic ideas, and refers to Jāti(過類) of Nyāyamukha.Third, it is presumed that Mengwe wrote Buddhist logic, which was further refined by Dignāga, citing basic understanding and examples to help Buddhists understand. |
