| 摘要 | 본 논문은 불교의 원리에 아란야(阿蘭若)의 경계를 뛰어넘는 실천적 의지와 인문학적 가치가 내포되어 있음을 직시하게 하고, 『도덕경(道德經)』의 도(道)가 팔만대장경의 사유체계 내로 통섭(統攝) 됨을 설명하며, 나아가 중도(中道)의 원리가 현대 기업경영의 경영철학으로 새로운 통찰력과 새로운 가치를 창조하고 있음을 제시한다. 불교의 사유체계를 『도덕경(道德經)』을 해석하는 새로운 인문학적 프로토콜(protocol)로 제시하고자, 『도덕경(道德經)』 제1장이 불교선해(佛敎禪解) 방정식, 즉 ‘도(道)=무유상즉(無有相卽) 메카니즘=현동(玄同)=중도(中道)’로 설계된 도면임을 제시하고, 이 관계 방정식에 의해 검증된 인문학적 프로토콜로서의 불교의 중도가 지닌 통찰력이 현대 21세기 기업의 경영철학으로 어떻게 확장·심화될 수 있는지를 밝혔다. 구체적으로 첫째, 명(名)의 의미를 ‘어둠 속에 들리는 소리 없는 소리’라는 새로운 관점에서 포착함으로써 ‘길 없는 길’이라는 도(道)와 동등함을 밝혔고, 변화 자체인 우주의 원리가 ‘가도(可道)’와 ‘가명(可名)’의 가(可)에 함축되어 있음을 새롭게 풀어냈으며, 이것이 연기·무자성·공이라는 불교의 프로토콜로 통섭 됨을 밝혔다. 둘째, 우주의 섭리로서의 변화(變化)는 무(無)와 유(有)의 ‘상호관계’가 작동하여 생성되고 있다는 원리를 끌어내고, 이를 현동(玄同)으로 풀어내면서 또한 중묘지문(衆妙之門)의 ‘문(門)’으로도 비견되고 있음을 확인하였다. ‘관계(關係)’ 자체가 공성(空性)과 가명(假名)[가유(假有)], 그리고 중도라는 불교 프로토콜로 비정될 수 있음을 증명했다. 이로써 중도의 사유를 극심한 경영환경의 변화 속에서 변화의 맥락을 적확하게 꿰뚫는 ‘퍼스트 무버(first mover)’로서의 입지를 확고히 하고, 굴지의 게임체인저가 되기 위해서는 반드시 수지(受持) 해야만 하는 지속경영의 핵심전략으로 제시함으로써 불교의 지평을 심화·확장하였다. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the creative thinking system of the Buddhism as a new analysing protocol for humanities. It provides new interpretation criteria on the principle of change on which the Tao Te Ching has long put emphasis and by making use of it, interpret the Tao Te Ching from such a new suggested perspective. In order to do that, the first chapter of the Tao Te Ching would be expressed in the following ‘Tao Buddhism’ equation: “Changeable Tao=Symbiosis between Being & Non-being=Hyundong[玄同]=Middle Path.” Then, I prove that the above equation is fully adapted into the Middle Path of the Buddhism. It will establish that the Middle Path not only gives fascinating insights into catching business opportunities to the 21st century global leading enterprises in timely and creative manner, but also allow company to prioritize their ability to think creatively to have an influence on their role at the top of the world economy. In conclusion, it is important to consider the reason behind when we explore the thoughts of the Buddhism. I advocate that veiled values of the Tripitaka Koreana are expected to be well put across to the current generation. |
