| 摘要 | 본 연구는 ‘9문9답’의 문답으로 전개되는 『수심결』을 교육적 대화로 보고 대화에 흐르는 형식과 방법을 분석하여 교육적 의의를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 보조 지눌과 관련된 대부분의 사전 연구들은 지눌의 사상에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그의 핵심사상은 공적영지심, 정혜쌍수, 돈오점수로 정리할 수 있다. 교육적 측면에서 보면 이것은 대화의 주요 주제 즉, 교육의 ‘내용’ 측면에 해당한다. 그러나 본 연구의 주요 관심은 ‘지눌 선사가 이러한 핵심사상을 왜 9개의 질문과 9개의 답이라는 문답 형식으로 가르쳤는가?’에 있다. 이 물음에 답하기 위해서 연구자는 지눌 선사를 현대 교사의 귀감자로서 불러내어 『수심결』에 나타난 강의법과 문답법과 같은 구체적인 교육방법을 고찰하였다. 이 과정을 통해서 현대 교육의 장에서 적용할 수 있는 유의미한 교수학습 원리를 밝혔다. 지눌은 부처의 마음을 직접 전하고자 했던 선(禪)불교의 선사였지만, 무엇보다 본 연구에서는 배움에 있어 자명한 앎을 매우 중요시한 선생임이 드러난다. The purpose of this thesis is to reveal the educational significance of 『Susimgyeol』, which is developed through the questions and answers of ‘9 questions and 9 answers’ as an educational dialogue, and analyze the form and method flowing through the dialogue. Most of the previous studies related to Bojo-Jinul focus on Jinul's thoughts. His core ideology can be summarized as Gongjeokyoungji(空寂靈知), cultivation of both samādhi and prajña(定慧雙修), and sudden enlightenment and gradual cultivation(頓悟漸修). From an educational point of view, this corresponds to the main topic of conversation, the ‘content’ aspect of education. However, the main interest of this study is “Why did Jinul teach these core ideas in a question-and-answer format of ‘9 questions and 9 answers’?” In order to answer this question, the researcher called Seon master Jinul as a model for modern teachers and considered specific teaching methods such as lecture and question-and-answer methods in 『Susimgyeol』. Through this process, meaningful teaching and learning principles that can be applied in the field of modern education were revealed. Jinul was a Seon(禪) Buddhism master who wanted to convey the Buddha's heart directly, but above all, this study reveals that he is a teacher who attaches great importance to self-evident knowledge in learning. |
