| 摘要 | Young Myung Yeon Soo(904~975) who was the third seon master of Buhp-ahn-johng in late Tang-early Sung, insisted the fusion of Seon and other sects which is characteristic of Buhp-ahn-johng through his lifetime and his writings. Especially he emphasized that Seon and Pure Land was simultaneously practiced. Furthermore he put his thoughts into action in person through his lifetime. Above all, Yeon Soo's works, Man Sun Dong Gui Jip(萬善同歸集) and Ja Haeng Rok(自行錄) can be representative writings expressing his thoughts of balanced practice of all doings and practice. Through his many writings and his method of practice, he wanted to represent the fact that everyday life is practice in itself and Seon practice in itself can be connected with culture. Yeon Soo suggested the fusion methodology by all goods in all doings in Man Sun Dong Gui Jip (萬善同歸集). On the basis of such practicing theory, he devoted himself to 108 kinds of disciplines arranged by himself for his lifetime. These fusion thoughts and balanced practice have influenced on future generations. I studied the meaning of this study and by studying Yeon Soo's practice and writings how his ideological background could be formed. I studied about 108 kinds of self-disciplines in Ja Haeng Rok(自行 錄). These contents were all different in practicing 108 kinds of disciplines at 6 o'clock every day and night. The fact shows us Yeon Soo practiced diversely Cheon-tae, Pure Land, mantra of Vajrayana Buddhism as well as Son. I studied Yeon Soo's fusion practice methodology. Through Ja Haeng Rok(自行錄) and other writings, I especially looked over his practice methods searching for Seon(禪)Pure Land-balanced practice. As a result, I can get to consider that his thought about Seon(禪)Pure Land-balanced practice has a special meaning in his suggestion of fusion practice method. |
