| 摘要 | The stocks of management literatures have served various interpretations on leadership. Essence of all these expositions reveals the fact that leadership is meant for goal achieving human endeavor through the process of influencing people. To this respect, the management has developed a number of leadership models to drive the human resource to the accomplishment of common goals. Nonetheless, all these models have become ineffective due to the diverse nature of human interest in organization. That is why these are termed as conventional leadership styles, which had been expounded earlier in Buddhism. The management has now to seek the leadership that has the capability of hammering the organizational problems arisen out of the conflicts. Buddhism has already developed the dialectical leadership, which has yet to be explored intensively for the maximum benefit of the stakeholders of organization in particular and the society in general. Unless the burgeoning conflicts in organizations are resolved it would be a far cry for the organizational success. Only the dialectical leadership enriched with the knowledge of dependent origination, the Buddhist doctrine, is the solution to the present crises-ridden organizations. |
