| 摘要 | Today, in the country and almost all over the world, people are suffering from the war, poverty, unemployment and insecurity. Governments are also unable to solve all the problems. This creates instability in the society. Lord Buddha gave his sermons for the welfare of common people. His teachings are benevolent in beginning, middle and end. His precepts are meant to for the people to be happy and they should have all-round welfare. Human values are disappearing and money has become important. If humanity is to be saved, we need to go with the Buddhist Philosophy. Here in the paper, I explain the situation and importance between Buddha’s period and how it can be applied in the modern globalised capitalist economy. |
