| 摘要 | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap inovasi guru, untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap inovasi guru dan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi guru Sekolah MingguBuddha Se-Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha se-Provinsi Bali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry 1=0,810 (α<0,05), variabel motivasi berprestasiberpengaruh secara signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi ry 2=0,825 (α<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama -sama terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry12=0,895 (α<0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. This study aims to find out the effect of proactive personality on teacher innovation, to determine the effect of achievement motivation on teacher innovation and the combined impact of proactive personality and achievement motivation on teacher innovation in Bali. This study takes a quantitative method, relying on closed questionnaires to obtain data. The participants in this study were Buddhist Sunday School Teachers in Bali, with a total sample size of 60 responders. The results of this studyindicate that the proactive personality has a significant effect on teacher innovation with a correlation coefficient ry1=0.810 (ρ<0.05), achievement motivation has a significant effect with a correlation coefficient ry2=0.825 (ρ<0.05). There is a significant effect between the variables of proactive personality and achievement motivation together on teacher innovation with a correlation coefficient ry12=0.895 (ρ<0.05). These means that teacher innovation can be improved through increased proactive personality and achievement motivation, either individually or together. |
