| 摘要 | The concept of dignity is complicated by its basis and source from different theories. The views on death and the actions to be taken in the event of death are influenced by different opinions on life and values. Therefore, the concept of "dignity of death" has multi-dimensional meanings. "Dignity of death" includes the dignity of death itself because of its intrinsic value and status, as well as the dignity of the subject of life in the event of death. Being Respected is a subjective experience of having dignity, but it does not exclude objective dignity exist because of its objective basis. To clarify the concept of “Dignity of death” from the Perspective of Chinese philosophy has great significance to understand the feelings and make right decisions in the event of death. |
