원효의 『금광명경소』는 현재 전하지 않는다. 다만 일본에서 발견된 여러 문헌에서 그 逸文을 발견할 수 있다. 지금까지 두 차례에 걸쳐서 이러한 문헌에 의거하여 본 서의 집일본을 만드는 작업이 행해져 왔다. 첫째는 김상현이 발췌하여 독립된 형태로 발표한 『집일금광명경소』이고, 둘째는 후쿠시 지닌이 발췌한 『금광명경소』 집일문이다. 후자는 독립된 형태로 발표된 것은 아니다. 후쿠시 지닌은 『日本仏教各宗の新羅·高麗·李朝仏教認識に関する研究』(2011~2013)에서 19세기 말까지 일본불교 각 종파의 문헌에서 우리나라 출신의 논사의 이름 혹은 문헌이 언급된 것을 모두 추출하여 정리하였다. 이 가운데 원효의 『금광명경소』와 관련된 글을 묶으면 총 31000여 자에 달하고 이것이 바로 후쿠시 지닌에 의해 이루어진 『금광명소』 집일문이다. 이 두 집일문은 원효의 『금광명경』에 대한 견해를 연구함에 있어서 매우 중요한 자료로 쓰여 왔다. 필자는 애초에 두 가지 집일문을 통합한 집일본을 만들어 번역하려고 하였다. 그런데 이 집일문을 꼼꼼히 살펴보면서 다양한 문제가 있음을 확인하게 되었다. 필자는 이렇게 발생한 문제를 해결하고 보다 완정한 형태의 『금광명경소』 新 집일본을 만들기 위해 다양한 작업을 행하였다. 필자는 전 편에서 신 집일본의 정립을 위한 선행연구로서 『금광명경』이라는 문헌의 한역 및 사상적 특성 등을 고찰하고, 다음으로는 『금광명경』에 대한 다양한 주석서가 유통된 행적을 살펴보았다. 다음은 김상현의 『금광명경소』 집일본에 대한 비판적 검토를 행하였다. 그 결과 대상문헌의 비포괄성, 많은 인용문의 누락, 품에 따른 주석의 배열에 나타난 오류, 인용문을 잘못 끊은 사례 등의 다양한 문제가 드러났다. 본 논문에서는 전 편의 뒤를 이어 선행 연구자에 의해 이루어진 『금광명경소』 집일문 중 두 번째에 해당하는 후쿠시 지닌의 『금광명경소』 집일문을 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 먼저 집일문의 특성을 살펴보고, 다음은 집일문의 발췌과정에서 후쿠시 지닌이 제기한 문제를 비판적으로 검토하며, 다음은 발췌된 집일문에 나타난 다양한 문제점을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 전 편에서 서술한 것을 모두 아울러서 『금광명경소』 신 집일본 편찬을 위해 필자가 행한 작업과정을 그대로 서술하였다. 이는 앞으로 이루어질 다양한 집일본의 편찬에 있어서, 편찬자가 행해야 할 보편적 방법론을 마련하기 위한 초석이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.
『Geumgwangmyeonggyeongso』 by Wonhyo is the first annotation book of 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeong』 written in Korea, but it does not exist any more. There is a record that the later scholars such as Seungjang, Gyeongheung, Dunryun and Taehyeon wrote the annotation books, but the books don't exist, either. 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeong』 had influenced greatly society all over Silla and Korea. Nevertheless, it is considered that nonexistence of this sort of literature is why there was no studies on these scriptures. In this situation, the preceding researchers made Jipilbon(輯逸本) or Bokwonbon(復元本) of Seungjang, Gyeongheung and Wonhyo, which has played a major role in studying on these scriptures. This thesis was written to remake Jipilmun(輯逸文) or Jipilbon of 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeongso』 progressively after reviewing them primarily. At first the writer intended to translate Jipilmun of 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeongso』 excerpted by HukusiJinin as it was. Some problems belonging to the Jipilmun, however, were founded while translating it, and the writer had no choice but to compile it anew. It seems that making Jipilbon or Bokwonbon of the literature scattered and lost is not very active in our country. At present, 『Hangukbulgyojeonseo』 contains three kinds, Jipilbon of 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeongso』 by Seungjang, Bokwonbon of 『Muryangsugyeonguiso』 by Beopwi, and Bokwonbon of 『Muryangsugyeongsuluigi』 by Uijeok, the latter two of which were made by Japanese scholars. The writer had translated the latter two, which several problems were also found in. In difficult situation where Jipilmun or Bokwonbon is made, it seems that making a perfect type of Jipilmun has a longer way to go. It is considered that making Jipilbon has to be made in spite of the probable errors because the only way to find the substance of the literature which doesn't exist at present is making one. This thesis can be the beginning for not just preparing the universal method but reducing errors which may be able to occur in the middle of making a variety of Jipilmun in the future, by writing the same as the whole work done in the process of the writer's making new Jipilbon of 『Geumgwangmyeonggyeongso』 by Wonhyo.
