| 摘要 | Nowadays, the Royal Thai Police uses eight methods to develop police offi cers’ ethics. However, in practice these eight methods still encounter problems and obstacles. The researcher discovered that integrating Buddhist principles helped to improve police offi cers’ ethics and the “PTTFCTTD = Good Police Model” was developed. This integrated model added Buddhist principles which promoted the practice of each method so that problems and obstacles were solved. As such, the eight methods of ethics development of police offi cers were more effective. |
