| 摘要 | This research aims to 1) examine the current states of management of the Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Pali Section, in the Sangha Administrative Area 5; 2) study the management approaches of the Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Pali Section, in the Sangha Administrative Area 5; and 3) propose a management model for the Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Pali Section, in the Sangha Administrative Area 5. The research fi ndings are as follows: 1) Currently the administration and management of the Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Pali Section, include teaching personnel, teaching and evaluation guidelines that have simply a little change. It also fi nds that the learning method is mainly based on memorization of the Pali Scripture; 2) The management approaches include improvements in the methods of measurement and evaluation. The learning process needs to emphasize critical thinking through the use of diverse and modern teaching media; 3) In terms of curriculum development, contents should be increased for regular programs, and new programs should be developed for senior monks. Training centers for teaching personnel should be established. More students in elementary education, non-formal and informal education, the general public, as well as senior monks, should be encouraged to join the programs. The use of information technology in teaching should be increased, scholarships and other sources of funding should be established. Publicity and a multilateral management should be encouraged as well. |
