| 摘要 | National development at 21 century in a few sector result good impact to woman empowerment. But, the progress only felt by a few woman, specially in high class of social economic level. In this case, woman has same right and equal position in gender with man. Emancipation of women, especially activities doing at vihara can be vihara programs. Those programs can make women better, so the emancipation of women conducted. The simple activities can do at vihara, such as: cooking exercising, speaking in other language, choir exercise, people service to unlucky family and others. Those activities empower woman need support by Vihara’s caretaker. This goal of research is to know a few of activities that doing by women (moms) in Vihara Lalitavistara, to know pattern of activities conducting at Vihara and to know benefit of those actions. This research used qualitative method, specifically etnografy naturalistic. By this method, researcher describe culture, specially to understand life pattern of human by members point of view. Besides, by this approach, researcher try to understand and interpret the meaning of phenomenon. The research observe informan habits as deep as to understand the meaning, explicitly and implicitly. Explicit knowledge can be gain from communicating process, however implicit knowledge can be interpret by stay with informans at that field. This research inform us that emancipation of women at Vihara Avalokitesvara carrying out if caretaker or chairman of vihara pay attention to those and have can communicate well with the women at that pace. Caretaker must formulate and makes a few of religion activities involve laymens at vihara. That programs can make vihara get more financial support to develop vihara. It need spirit and encouragement to develop this programs to be better. The support of caretaker and laymen also Sangha will empower and motivate those all of vihara’s stake-holder.. Good management of Vihara will be important when many people came to pray at vihara. So will be feel to Vihara, caretaker and Buddhist as receiver of moral and spiritual service. |
