| 摘要 | Household integrity is the goal of every family. To make it happen every family member must realize its rights and obligations, so that no arbitrariness occurs. The family is the smallest unit in society that plays a role and has an enormous influence on the social development and personal development of each family member. So far, domestic violence is a form of deed that is considered new and has become a discourse in our daily life, although basically these forms of violence can be found and related to certain forms of Criminal Acts such as murder, torture, rape and theft. Violence is a term that is reminiscent of a painful, abusive and negative effect. Yet many people only understand violence as a form of harsh, violent and cruel physical behavior so that the form of suppressive physical behavior is not counted as a form of violence. Domestic violence is not only done by husband to wife, but wife to husband. This research is conducted through juridical and sociological approach. Based on the results of research and discussion has been done with interviews, factors that cause the occurrence of violence in the household. The most important factor is the economic factor and mismatch couples character is also a factor in the occurrence of domestic violence. The application of punishment to perpetrators of domestic violence are the articles of the Criminal Code and the abolition of domestic violence. |
