| 摘要 | Holding Dhamasekka Education is an innovative approach from the Director General of Buddhist Society Guidance, under the Indonesian Ministry of Religion in imposing the President Regulation (PP) no 55, 2007, on Education and Religion, which contain are as follow: successing the Nation “9 years learning obligation,” Providing proper facilities for Buddhist Education in every Province, and job placement for all graduates in general and for the alumni of Sriwijaya Buddhist State University in particular. Discussion on Dhamaseka in the term of National Education juridical perspective typically would epitomize a study about the concept of Alternative Education (as a reformation agenda). The discussion about Dhamasekha is also closely related with the essence, philosophy, history of National Education and the pre existence form of the institution , as it show that all above contain similar base, principle, and purpose in the term of organising the Dhamasekka Education. Finally, this Dhamasekka Institution could be directed to become Society Base Formal Education (President Regulation/PP No. 17, 2010 about Holding and Administering Education) based on Buddhist moral values in order to create possibility for transforming it into “Modern Future Learning Model” in achieving the goal and aims of National Education. |
