Issues raised in this research is the study of Buddhist education is monotonous. That problem has been addressed through a variety of learning. Therefore, the researchers conducted a study variations implementation skills taught in the education learning Buddhism. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the variations on the implementation of skills taught in the education of Buddhist learning in elementary Ariya Metta. This study used a qualitative approach, to illustrate the implementation of the variation of skills taught in the education learning Buddhism. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using techniques Miles-Huberman model analysis that includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. These results indicate that the implementation of the skills taught in a variety of Buddhist learning in elementary Ariya Metta, do variety of teaching styles, a variety of media and teaching materials, and variations in the pattern of interaction in learning. Variety of teaching styles include variations in voice, movement and facial expression, eye contact, silence, focus, and change the position of teacher. a variety of media and learning materials include visual media, audio, and tactile. For interaction patterns include learning unidirectional and bidirectional. Efforts are being made to improve the quality of learning outcomes is the implementation of the variation in learning. In learning to look good and smooth, but in reality there are constraints faced by teachers are lack of means and media in learning, the necessary media is difficult to find, and sometimes teachers are also less prepare media with ripe. Based on these results, the authors concluded that the implementation of the variation of teaching skills in teaching religious education in elementary Ariya Metta Buddhist implemented in a variety of teaching styles, media and instructional materials, and patterns of interaction in learning. Suggestions writer for the implementation of the variation of teaching skills in teaching religious education in elementary Ariya Metta Buddha further enhanced so that learning is not boring and maximize learning outcomes
