The Covid-19 natural Disaster according to Buddhism whether or not Covid-19 is a non natural disaster that occurs now precisely at the beginning of 2020, Covid-19, is a non-natural disaster caused by the corona virus or were acute respirator androma corona vine 2 (SARS CoV-2) a virus that attacks the respiratory system. Along with the development of modern times like today because there are still many people who are consuming excessively wild beans and lack of understanding of the law because of alibai. So that it causes the emergence of a new virus, the problem that is currently happening is the corona virus. The beginning of the emergence of this corona virus came from the city of Wuhan, China, the spread of the virus isthought to be throught consuming kelawai meat. In Buddhism, a lack of understanding of the law of caution is also one of the causes for the emergence of this virus, in the first Buddhist pancasila explained “Panatipata veramani sikkhapadam samadiyami” which means I am determined to train my self to avoid the killing of sentient beings. If we break this first precept in the city life to come we will be reborn with a disability, have an ugly face and are weak and diseased and short life. Therefore, killing and even eating wild animals is an act which is not good because it can have repercussion. Especially on health because they do not know that the wild animals consumed in it contain viruses or bacteria that affect our health. So it can be said to understandthe law of cause and effect is one that we must cultivate because we can understand what is right and wrong when we are going to take action, so that you can get peppiness.This research uses literature study method, namely with collect theories containedin books, as well as the work of practical people. The results of data processing are presented in the form of exposure in the discussion. With the existence of this research. One should understand the law of cause and effect in doing deeds. By realizing the foregoing. Then here the auther tries to conduct research that aims to obtain sources on Covid-19 as well as Covid-19 in Buddhism are said to be indisaster or not. So it is hoped that you can avoid the Covid-19 virus.
Covid-19 merupakan bencana non alam yang terjadi sekarang ini tepatnya pada awal tahun 2020, Covid-19 merupakan bencana non alam yang disebabkan oleh virus corona atau savere acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2(SARS-CoV-2) virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan.Seiring perkembangan zaman yang modern seperti sekarang ini, karena masih banyak manusia yang berlebihan mengkonsumsi hewan liar dan kurangnya memahami hukum sebab akibat, sehingga menyebabkan munculnyavirus baru, masalah yang sedang terjadi sekarang ini yaitu virus corona. Awal mula munculnya virus corona ini berasal dari kota Wuhan, Tiongkok penyebarannya virus tersebut diduga melalui mengkonsumsi daging kelelawar. Dalam buddhisme kurangnya memahami hukum sebab-akibat juga merupakan salah satu penyebab munculnya virus ini, dalam pancasila buddhis yang pertama dijelaskan “Panatipata veramani sikkhapadam samadiyami” yang artinya: aku bertekad melatih diri untuk menghindari pembunuhan makhluk hidup. Jika kita melanggar sila yang pertama ini dalam kehidupan kita yang akan datang akan terlahir kembali dalam keadaan cacat, mempunyai wajah yang buruk, berbadan lemah dan berpenyakitan, dan berumur pendek. Maka dari itu membunuh bahkan memakan binatang liar merupakan tindakan yang tidak baik, karena bisa mengakibatkan dampak. Terutama pada kesehatan karena tidak tahu binatang liar yang dikonsumsi didalamnya mengandung virus atau bakteri
