| 摘要 | "前世本"《西游記》是"世德堂本"《西游記》據以翻刻的底本,是明嘉靖以后"西游故事"聚合、定型并反映于小說文本系統的直接結果,它對明清時期《西游記》的版本發展有決定性意義。此本久佚,目前只能通過"世德堂本"的內容及篇首陳元之序文推測其大概。此外,則主要依據大約同時代的戲曲、說唱文本對其進行反向描述。民間宗教寶卷是這方面的一個重要參照系。目前常見的幾種民間宗教寶卷與"前世本"關系疏遠,而歸圓于隆慶年間編刻的《銷釋顯性寶卷》卻正在"前世本"生成、傳播的歷史區間內,其中《諸佛菩薩品》不僅稱引《西游記》的角色、名物,更概述取經故事的流程,是用以描述"前世本"《西游記》形象的一個可靠文本。同時,基于西大乘教自身的特殊性,《銷釋顯性寶卷》也可間接反映嘉靖至萬歷年間"西游故事"在上流社會、京畿地區及內闈社群內的傳播與影響。 "The former edition" of Journey to the West is the original version of Shidetang edition. As the direct result from which later stories about the journey to the west are synthesized and finalized, it is of decisive significance to the development of versions of Journey to the West in the Ming and Qing dynasties. However, the edition has been lost for a long time so that we can only speculate upon the general contents through the Shidetang edition and its preface by Chen Yuan. In addition, the contemporary opera, prosimetric and verse narrative are also adopted as the main source to explore the original content. And in this respect, the folk religious scripture volumes can serve as an important frame of references. Nevertheless, the current common kinds of the folk scripture volumes and "the former edition" are far apart. But Dominance Counteraction Baojuan, edited and printed by the monk Gui Yuan in the reign of Emperor Longqing, was right within the historical period when "the former edition" was generated and spread. And the story, the Class of the Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas, not only refers to the characters and names but also summarizes the process of pilgrimage to the west, considered as a reliable text describing the characters of "the former edition" of Journey to the West. At the same time, based on the particularity of the west Mahayana, Dominance Counteraction Baojuan can also indirectly reflect the dissemination and influence of "the story of the journey to the west" in the upper class, the capital city and the inner noble community from the reign of Emperor Jiajing to Emperor Wanli. |
