| 摘要 | Français: L’accroissement des échanges d’hommes et de marchandises entrainé par la vision libérale d’un grand marché sans frontières redéfinit le travail de l’ethnologue qui doit prendre en compte les nouvelles recompositions des populations « de frontières » autrefois marginalisées. Ces populations sont autant des groupes sociaux que des ethnies, chacun d’eux renégociant sa position au sein des États-Nations, rappelant en préambule les notions de choix, d’idéologie nomade et les travaux sur les relations entre nomades et sédentaires. L’anthropologie des frontières est donc un champ de recherche qui doit utiliser les outils classiques de l’ethnologie tout en comprenant les enjeux ethniques des périphéries qui n’en sont plus. Les frontières ont toujours été des espaces de négociations organiquement liées aux centres et les ethnies qui y demeurent utilisent les nouvelles opportunités sociales, économiques et politiques de la « globalisation » pour construire, affirmer ou transcender leur ethnicité qui doit fonctionner de concert avec la nouvelle marche du monde. La disparition des ethnies n’est pas a l’ordre du jour, mais bien au contraire, fait apparaitre la résilience de ces peuples qui autorisent au chercheur l’observation d’un renouveau des dynamiques latentes propres a chaque ethnie. Les modes d’appropriation des ressources, des territoires, des points de passages sont autant de points de négociation pour ces populations qui bien qu’entrant dans le mouvement général de la nouvelle mobilité mondiale n’en révèlent pas moins leur véritable « cœur culturel », leur fond ethnique qu’elles doivent préserver. English: Driven by the vision of a large market without borders, the increase in exchanging people and goods has redefined the work of the anthropologist, who must now take into account new reconstructions of borderland populations who were once marginalized. These populations are social groups as much as they are ethnic ones, each of them re-negotiating its place within the nation-state, recalling notions of choice, nomadic ideology and studies on the relationship between nomadic and settled peoples. The anthropology of borders is thus a field of research that must utilize classic anthropological tools while including the ethnic issues of these peripheries that no longer exist. Borders have always been a space where negotiations take place. They are organically linked to various centres and the ethnicities that live there use these new social, economic and political opportunities of “globalization” to build, assert or transcend their ethnicity, which must go hand-in-hand with the new world market. The disappearance of ethnicities is not on the agenda. On the contrary, it reveals the resilience of these peoples, which enables the researcher to observe a revival in the latent dynamics that belong to them. Their ways of appropriating resources, territories and crossing points are means of negotiations for these populations who, despite entering the general movement of today’s new international mobility, reveal no less than their “cultural heart”, their ethnic background that they must preserve. |
