| 摘要 | Jizang’s Dapin jing yishu vol. 1 (The Commentary on the Mahāprajñāpāramītā Sūtra) is also named the Dapin jing xuanyi. The Dapin jing xuanyi has yet to be subjected to thorough scholarly scrutiny. With the manuscript being of poor quality and the text being poorly organized, it is difficult to understand. Therefore, I have made a chart of its textual organization to clarify its structure. This text consists of ten chapters. The first chapter “interpretation of the sūtra’s title” is particularly poorly organized. As Professor Takatoshi Itō researched this chapter, this paper focuses on outlining briefly the part from the second chapter to the tenth chapter. Concerning this part, the Dapin jing xuanyi and the Jingang bore shu (The Commentary on the Diamond Sūtra) have very similar discourses, with the latter’s discourse being much more detailed. It is my assumption that the former summarized the latter. |
