| 摘要 | 본 연구는 교회경영 실태와 문제점을 알아보고, 이 문제점을 해결하는 교회경영 향상화 방안을 모색하고자 시도하였다. 교회경영은 아주 폭넓은 영역으로 구성되어 있으므로 본 연구에서는 필자가 거주하는 김해시와 인접해 있는 양산시, 마산시 및 창원시에 소재한 교회(8곳)에 본 인재경영연구소가 개발한 설문지를 통해 나온 공통문제점에 한정하여 분석을 시도하였다. 공통문제점에 포커스를 맞춘 이유는 대체적으로 다른 지역 교회들도 이와 같은 대동소이(大同小異)한 문제점에 노출되어 있기 때문이다. 필자에게 교회컨설팅을 자문한 인천 작전동지역 2개 교회와 전남 순천지역 1개 교회에서 설문조사를 해본 데이터를 통해 비교해 보아도, 위와 같은 문제점들을 내포하고 있다는 사실들을 짐작해 볼 때 그렇다. 설문조사에서 나온 공통문제점들은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 목회자가 목회 비전 또는 사명감 미흡, 둘째, 목회자와 교인 상호간에 지향하고자 하는 교회 방향 불일치, 셋째, 교회의 체계적인 학습조직 미흡, 넷째, 교회 인적자원 관리 미흡, 다섯째, 교회 중대 사안에 대한 의사결정 과정 불투명, 여섯째, 교회 재정관리 투명도 미흡, 일곱째, 교회 파트별 운영자 책임의식 결여, 여덟 번째, 교인 상호간 의사소통 부족, 아홉 번째, 교회가 소속된 지역사회와 소통 단절, 열 번째, 교회가 지역사회 트랜드 변화에 둔감함. 위와 같은 문제점들을 제대로 이해하고 분석하면 교회의 성장 가능한 플래트 폼(Plate Form)을 발견할 수 있다. 이 플래트 폼을 도식화하면 그림1과 같다. 1. 교회 성장 기회 또는 성장 플래트 폼(Plate Form) 2. 교회가 집중하고 선택해야 하는 사역 위와 같은 성장 플래트 폼을 중심으로 교회 사역을 집중하면, 자연스럽게 교회는 성장한다. 마치 살아있는 조직 세포처럼 스스로 조직이 성장하고 발전할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study was trying to find ways of improvement that was arranged to resolve the issue in the church of actual conditions and management. The church management consists of the wide broad area in life. Then the study was attempted analysis the common problems that came through a questionnaire developed by HRM Institute from eight churches located at the Kimhae city, I lived, close to Yangsan, Masan and Changwon city. The reason of focusing on the common problems was exposed to these issues that churches, was located at other area, very nearly above these items in general. When I had analysis the data that had survey done through a questionnaire from had been consulted one church in jakjeon-dong Incheon city and two churches in Suncheon city, I had got understood that the fact involved some of these above issues through comparison to the common problems that I thought guess so. The common problems in the survey found the facts that as follows. First, the pastor have some lack of pastoral vision and mission commitment. Second, the mutual orientation, pastor and church members wanted, mismatch the church-oriented. Third, the church's have a lack of learning organization system. Fourth, the church's have a lack of management about HRM(Human Resource Management) system. Fifth, critical decisionmaking process about church's important issues is not clear. Sixth, church's have a lack of transparency in financial management. Seventh, A lack of a sense of responsibility for each part team owner. Eighth, A lack of church members communicate with each other. Ninth, Communicate interruption with between church and community people. Tenth, church's not enough understand changes in trends of community around church. If understand and analyze these above issues, The church's growth platforms as possible are to be found. This platform forms of the schematic shown in figure 1. 1. Church growth opportunities or growth plateform. 2. Focus or choice on church's ministries. Focus on church's ministries in above growth plateform, The church naturally grows. We had to find out that a self-organization can be to grow and evolve like living tissue cells. |
