| 摘要 | 본 글은 어린이․청소년들의 포교에 대한 실태와 나아갈 방향에 대한 방안을 실었다. 그동안 어린이․청소년 포교에 대한 자료나 연구가 부진하였기에 정확한 근거자료나 참고자료가 없었다. 이것이 미래불교의 새싹 포교 현실인 것을 감안할 때 본 글은 현장에서 어린이․청소년 포교를 통해 느낀 것들과 기존에 몇몇의 포교 관련 자료를 참고로 하였다. 미래 불교의 희망인 어린이․청소년 포교에 대한 당위성이 강조되면서 현재는 나타나지 않지만 시간이 지나면서 어린이․청소년 포교가 밑바탕이 되어 전체적인 계층 포교에 영향을 끼친다는 것을 알게 되었다. 현재 종단의 관심이 확대되고 어린이․청소년 포교의 필요성이 강조되면서 새로운 포교 방법으로 전환하는 움직임이 이루어지고 있다. 불교의 어두운 현실보다 밝은 미래를 안겨줄 어린이․청소년 포교는 사회적 환경과 교육 환경에 대처해 다각적인 포교 방안을 마련하여 준비하고 실행해야 한다. 어린이․청소년 포교는 미래를 위한 준비이며 우리가 살고 있는 사회를 밝게해 줄 초석임을 깨달아 중장기 계획을 가지고 모든 불자들이 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. This is article about actual conditions of the ‘children and teenager missionary’ and proposing the course of future. Because until now data or research of the ‘children and teenager missionary’ depress, basis data or reference data did not exist. I know this is children missionary reality of future Buddhism, this article refers to something which feel through the ‘children and teenager missionary’ on the ground and several data about missionary. As the ‘children and teenager missionary’ which is future Buddhism of hope be emphasized, we could recognize that as time passed by, the ‘children and teenager missionary’ become a basis and have an effect on every class missionary. As interest of present religious order be inflate and necessity of the ‘children and teenager missionary’ be emphasized, it get accomplished to movement which transfer new missionary way. The ‘children and teenager missionary’which cause a bright future instead of gloomy reality should get missionary way to cope with social environment and education environment. And then we should prepare and execute them. We should recognize that the ‘children and teenager missionary’ is preparation for the future and cornerstone of ideal social which we live. And then all Buddhist priest should interest in that with medium- and long-term plan. |
