| 摘要 | 이 글은 선을 다른 시선으로 보기 위해 기획되었다. 선에 낯설게 다가가기 위해 물어본다. ·선사는 왜 대중을 당혹스럽게 했을까? ·파사현정, 시비분별은 선의 금기인가? · 일상 그대로 도라면 수행은 왜 할까? 선에서 말하는 일상사는 사람과 사람 사이의 일, 사회문제를 배제하는가? 이 기획은 선에 대한 문제제기에 대한 대혜를 비롯한 조사들의 대응을 추적하고 그 의미를 발굴한다. 정해진 답을 구하는 대신 물어보고 또 물어볼 것이다. 익숙한 접근을 선택하여 편안한 안주를 지향하기보다는, 낯선 길을 선택하여 불편한진실에 다가가기를 제안한다. This article aims for illuminating Sŏn from a new perspective ; some questions are raised to approach Sŏn in an unaccustomed way . • Why did Sŏn masters make people perplexed ? • Is “ refuting the false and disclosing the correct ” (破邪顯正) or “ distinction between right and wrong ” (是非 分別) prohibited in Sŏn ? • Why practice is necessary if ordinary way of living is the Way (道) ? Do the so - called ordinary activities in Sŏn context exclude ordinary happenings between people or social problems ? This article explores Ta - hui and other Sŏn masters ’ responses to the problems of Sŏn , and examine the implication of their responses by continuously throwing questions without being satisfied with finding a single answer . Thereby , I propose to approach the “ inconvenient ” truth through an unaccustomed way , not to select an familiar approach toward a secured answer . |
