| 摘要 | 與玄奘三藏法師(600?-664)有關的傳記史料，在唐代完成的主要 有《大唐西域記》、《大唐大慈恩寺三藏法師傳》、《續高僧傳‧玄奘傳》、 〈大唐故三藏玄奘法師行狀〉、〈大唐三藏大遍覺法師塔銘(并序)〉、〈大 唐三藏法師表啟〉等，這些史料成書或編纂的時間不同，內容繁簡不一， 且有部分內容相互牴觸，造成研究者的不少困擾。 本文取材於《大唐西域記》、《大唐大慈恩寺三藏法師傳》二書，在 教學相長的基礎上，將其中內容作一些「拾遺補闕」，與探究其中的「微 言大義」，以協助讀者對佛法有更深一層的認識。 There are several texts concerning biographical and historical materials of Xuanzang the Tripitaka Master (600?-664), which are Great Tang Records on the Western Regions, A Biography of the Tripitaka Master of the Great Ci'en Monastery of the Great Tang Dynasty, Continuation of the Biographies of Eminent Monks, Accounts of the Late Tripitaka Master Xuanzang, The Inscription on a Pagoda regarding the Tripitaka Vast Omniscient Master of the Great Tang Dynasty (with a foreword), and Documents to the Emperors from the Tripitaka Master of the Great Tang Dynasty etc. The time these works were written or compiled is different; some are detail oriented and some are summarized. As a result, some contents are predictably contradictory, which causes a lot of confusion for researchers. This thesis draws from Great Tang Records on the Western Regions and A Biography of the Tripitaka Master of the Great Ci'en Monastery of the Great Tang Dynasty. The main purpose of this work is to aid teaching and learning about the life of master Xuanzang. In order to help readers gain a more in depth understanding of the Buddhist philosophy, some contents have been corrected and the missing parts were filled in. As a result, the nuances and implications of these materials can be better uncovered and understood. |
