| 摘要 | 休閒教育最核心的內容是闡釋休閒的自由、創造理念,重建人類倫理道德的建設性作用；從教育的價值取向上來看,休閒體育教育是積極人生態度和自我意識和諧的獲得過程.儒家的“樂”、道家的“返樸歸真”和禪宗的“閒適自得”在於通過人生態度的恰當把握,超越社會尺度,在當下的境地中獲得相對的自由精神空間,進入休閒的人生境界,在當代正顯示出它愈來愈強的生命力與價值. The heart of contest about leisure education is to interpret freedom,create concept of relaxing,and rebuild constructive role of human morality.On the Value Orientation in Education,Education of Leisure Sports is the process of acquiring positive attitude towards life and self-consciousness to harmony.Confucianism,Daoism and Buddhism acquire the free spirit by comprehending life commitment,transcending and social reality.The value of Leisure Philosophy of them is showing the stronger vigor of life in modern society |
