| 摘要 | 한국에서 불교는 자비와 보시로 실제적인 복지를 수행해 왔으며 서양식 사회복지와 융합하여 불교사회복지를 구현하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 불교사회복지와 관련된 국내의 연구동향을 학위논문을 중심으로 분석하여 향후 불교사회복지 연구의 발전에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국회도서관에서 검색된 불교사회복지 관련 학위논문 140편을 간행연도, 학위구분, 주제, 사회복지 실천분야, 연구방법 등에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 2000년 이후에 학위논문들은 양적으로 크게 성장했으나 박사학위논문은 극소수였다. 학위논문의 주제에 있어 가장 흔하게 다루어진 것은 불교사회복지의 발전방향 및 과제였고, 2000년 이후에 불교사회복지의 발전방향 및 과제 또는 사회복지시설 운영 및 프로그램에 관한 연구들은 증가했지만 불교의 사회복지사상에 관한 연구는 감소하는 추세를 보였다. 실천분야별 분포에 있어서는 2000년 이후에 사회복지 전반을 다룬 연구들이 감소하는 경향을 보이고, 노인복지 및 승려의 노후복지에 관한 연구들이 크게 증가하고 있으며 실천분야들이 다양해지고 있다. 연구방법에 있어서 가장 흔히 사용된 연구방법은 문헌조사이지만 2000년 이후에 와서는 문헌조사는 감소하고 실증적 연구방법인 설문조사나 사례분석 등의 방법이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 가지고 불교사 회복지 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다. This study aimed at providing the overview of the research trends and suggesting future directions in Buddhist social work research. With these purpose, I have investigated theses in the field of Buddhist social work which were collected from the National Assembly Library. Theses were classified according to the publication year, the degree, the theme, the field of social work practice, and the research methods. Besides, theses were classified into two groups; published before and after the year 2000. The research trends in Buddhist social work are as follows: First, research articles are growing in number, but there are only three doctoral theses. Second, the most common theme is ‘future direction and task’. ‘Future direction and task’ and ‘management of institution or program’ are the increasingly adopted themes. Third, the articles related to welfare for the aged and for the Buddhist monk are increasing in number. In addition, the fields of social work practice covered by theses have been diversifying. Lastly, in the research methods, the articles which adopted survey method are increasing in number. In the end, some future directions of research in Buddhist social work and tasks of researchers in the field of Buddhist social work are suggested. |
