摘要
본 연구는 불교사회복지 사업의 추진과 관련된 수행도에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하고, 각 요인의 영향 영역과 요인을 분석하기 위해 불교사회복지 사업 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 사용하는 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 불교사회복지 사업의 수행도에 미치는 영향 요인에서 10개의 영향 영역과 25개의 영향 요소가 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 통한 불교사회복지 사업 수행도가 지닌 특성으로는 첫째, 사회복지의 인적·물적 자원보다는 불교사회복지에 대한 구성원들의 이해, 관심, 책임자의 의지 등, 불교의 종교적 특성이 중요하였다. 둘째, 불교사회복지 사업의 활성화를 위해서는 관련 구성원 간의 협력, 신뢰, 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 사회복지 역량의 강화가 필요하였다. 셋째, 불교사회복지 사업의 원활한 진행을 위해서는 관련 재원이 마련되어야 하고, 활용 가능한 시설자원들이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 불교사회복지 사업의 실천성과 구체성을 강화하고, 불교사회복지 사업을 활성화시키는 방안을 구안했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구의 결과인 불교사회복지 사업의 수행도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 바탕으로 다양한 불교사회복지 사업 모델에 대한 제안이 필요하였다.
This study elicited the influential factors on the performance of Buddhist Social Welfare projects and analyzed the influential areas and elements of each factor. This study was conducted through a Delphi, targeting a group of Buddhist Social Welfare professionals. As a result, 10 influential areas and 25 influential elements were derived from the influential factors on the performance of Buddhist Social Welfare projects. The characteristics of the performance of Buddhist Social Welfare projects were as follows. First, the religious characteristics of Buddhism were more important than the human and physical resources of social welfare. Second, to revitalize the Buddhist Social Welfare projects, it was necessary to reinforce social welfare capacity based on cooperation, trust, and network among related members. Third, for the smooth progress of the Buddhist Social Welfare projects, related resources were required and the available facility resources were required. The implications of this study are to suggest some vitalizing ways of Buddhist Social Welfare projects. Future research is necessary to suggest various Buddhist Social Welfare business models.
