| 摘要 | 본 연구는 보존처리를 진행한 전적문화재인 서울특별시 유형문화재 제393호인 법장사 소장 『수륙무차평등재의촬요』의 사례연구다. 대상 문화재는 수륙재를 설행하기 위한 의식문으로 혜진노사의 유품으로 전해진 것이다. 본 논문은 전적문화재 보존처리의 실제적인 경험과 과정을 공유하고 축적하여 향후 전적문화재의 복원과 보존처리에 활용되기 위한 목적이다. 유물을 보존처리하기 위한 방법으로 기초물성분석을 시행하였으며, 유물의 과학적 조사를 진행하기 위하여 유물의 5면에 걸쳐서 각각 2지점을 선택하여 10개 지점을 표본으로 삼아 현미경 관찰 등을 진행하였다. 보존처리방법은 대상문화재에 대한 과학적 분석으로 얻어진 기초자료를 활용하여 보존처리를 진행하되 대상문화재의 원형을 최대한 유지하면서 최소한의 보존처리를 시행하는 기본원칙을 확인하고 보존처리를 시행했다. 전적문화재인 『수륙무차평등재의촬요』의 보존처리 과정은 7단계로 구분하여 공정을 진행하였다. 유물해체 및 건식클리닝, 유물의 안정화 및 습식클리닝, 결손부 메움 및 보강, 재단 및 내지 접기, 표지 보존처리, 보존처리된 유물의 사진 촬영 후 장정 및 보존처리 완성, 포갑 및 오동나무 보관상자 제작의 과정으로 이뤄졌다. This thesis was recently written for a case study on Seoul’s tangible cultural heritage, No. 393, Sulyugmuchapyeongdeungjaeuichwalyo, which has been preserved at Bupjangsa Temple (법장사). This artifact was inherited by Ven. Hyejin as a ritual writing for the water and land ceremony. The goal of this thesis is to accumulate and share practical experiences and processes for preserving historical assets. This is done so that future artifacts of cultural significance can also be conserved. Analysis of the artifact in question has provided basic information that can be used for the preservation of this and other documents. The scientific investigation began with the selection of two sites on five separate portions of the book. Microscopic observations were then carried out using all 10 sample points. The preservation treatment method for the artifact was based on the data obtained through scientific analysis. In order to keep the document as original as possible a minimal amount of treatment was carried out. The preservation of “Sulyugmuchapyeongdeungjaeuichwalyo” was carried out through a total of seven steps. These steps are as follows: dismantling the artifact and dry cleaning, artifact stabilization and wet cleaning, reinforcement of damaged area, cutting and folding inside papers, cover preservation process, binding preservation process, and finally making a storage box out of paulownia wood. |
