| 摘要 | 불교사찰 화재에 대한 재난안전교육의 실태를 진단하고 폐기학습 이론을 적용하였을 때 재난안전교육이 ‘어떻게 재설계되어야 하는가’를 모색하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 불교사찰 재난안전교육 과정에서도 불교사찰의 핵심역할을 담당하는 불교사찰 관리자를 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 화재안전 교육이나 재난업무 역량강화 교육에서 필요한 창의적 아이디어의 모색이나 내면적인 지식형성의 제고를 위한 환류 시스템이 제대로 이뤄지지 않고 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 따라서 불교사찰의 중요성을 감안할 때 재난안전교육의 강화를 위해서는 고착화되어 있는 오래된 지식포기나 조직메모리의 변경 및 지배논리의 재구성이 필요하며 종전의 획일적인 주입식 강의방식을 탈피해야 된다는 점을 확인하였다. 이를 위해서 폐기학습 교육방안의 적용이 절실히 필요하다는 것을 제언하고자 한다. This study to explore the diagnostic status of the Buddhist temples of the fire disaster safety education and to explore ‘how it should be reconstructed’ when the unlearn theory’s educational purpose and methods are applied. Buddhist temples disaster safety curriculum in the Buddhist temples were selected managers play a key role in Buddhist temples. The results of fire safety training or disaster exploring creative ideas for work in capacity building and training reflux systems for enhancing internal knowledge of the formation confirmed that not yet occurred properly. Therefore, given the importance of the Buddhist temples in order to strengthen disaster safety training needs is old knowledge roots and organizational memory’s alteration and reconstruction of the dominant logic is necessary. It was confirmed that the previous uniform injected lecture method should be avoided and for this purpose we propose that the application of the unlearn theory training method is desperately needed |
