The Tangut Renwang Huguo Boruo Boluomiduo Jing preserved in the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts, Russian Academy of Sciences, may be identified as two different versions, i.e., an original in the 11th century and a revision in the 12th, the latter proves to be a revised edition by the Mage Zhineng under the order of Empress Dowager Luo and handed out as almsgivings at the ceremony to remember the late Emperor Renzong. This paper publishes first a vowing article and a postscript attached to the revised edition with Chinese translations and commentaries, and reveals some details of revision by collating the different versions.
