| 摘要 | 十三世達賴圓寂後，由於國民政府未能有效解決其返藏問題，九世班禪被迫向英國請求調停。在九世班禪的提請下，英國為了使九世班禪返藏符合其在藏利益，確定了調停噶廈與班禪系統矛盾的政策。英國的調停分為兩個階段，側重點也有所不同。但英國的調停並未獲得噶廈和班禪系統的認可，因而也未能達到其預期目的。 After the death of the 13th Dalai Lama,because the the National government was unable to solve the Return Tibet Problem,the 9th Panchen Lama had to request British mediation.To answer the 9th Panchen Lama’s appeal,Britain determined to mediate the contradictions between the the Kashag and Panchen system,for the 9th Panchen Lama’s return to Tibet would conform its interests in Tibet.The mediation was divided into two stages and their focus were different.However,Britain failed to achieve its intended purpose,because of the Kashag’s negative attitude toward the mediation,and the Panchen system was unable to accept the program of the mediation. |
