| 摘要 | 作為一位擁有中西雙重文化背景的美國作家,賽珍珠受到了基督教、儒教和佛教等多種宗教思想的影響。本文力圖通過回顧賽珍珠的成長經歷和分析《東風·西風》、《大地》、《群芳亭》等三部賽珍珠小說文本,探究賽珍珠所秉持的宗教觀。研究結論表明,擁有雙重世界、雙重文化視角的賽珍珠,能夠平等面對各種宗教思想,并超越各種宗教的形式束縛,形成了她獨特的世俗化宗教思想。上述三部作品中呈現出的對人類的博愛關懷精神和鮮明的世俗化宗教傾向,都是賽珍珠宗教觀的真實體現。 As an American women writer who had the dual cultural background of Chinese and Western life experiences,Pearl Sydenstricker Buck was influenced by Christianity,Confucianism,Buddhism and other religious thoughts.This paper tries to explore Pearl S.Buck’s religious view by researching her life experience and analyzing her three novels:East Wind:West Wind,The Good Earth,and Pavilion of Women.Research findings show that Pearl S.Buck’s special cultural identity enabled her to have the dual perspectives to look at the all kinds of religious ideas and finally form her unique secular religious thoughts.The above three novels represent the weakening of her religious consciousness and the embodiment of her humanitarianism. |
