摘要
本研究旨在探討成人參與佛教團體教化課程的學習經驗及其生活改變的影響,主要研究目的有三:一、探討成人參與研討班的學習經驗;二、探討成人參與研討班後,其日常生活的改變;三、依研究結果提出建議,提供成人學習者、福智團體、政府和其他教化團體及未來研究之參考。 為達上述目的,首先經由文獻分析,進行相關研究與理論探討;根據文獻探討及觀察的結果,設計訪談大綱,徵得九位成人學習者同意後,逐一進行訪談;然後,根據文獻分析及訪談資料處理結果,獲致以下結論: 一、學員參與廣論班前,很少接觸佛教團體;對佛教的認識只限於救苦濟世 的慈悲行,少及於般若的福慧雙修。 二、學習前的生活,六度上大都只合於社會規範,缺乏行善的動機和動力;人生目標在追求世樂,很少兼及攝善和增上意樂。 三、參與學習的因緣,大都為家人邀請和朋友介紹;助緣和逆緣一線間,亦多來自家庭和親密他人,有賴善巧轉化。 四、參與教化課程,深受廣論內涵的濡化,對師長誠敬的依止;在平等溫暖的研討氛圍中,領納幹部的行持感召,觀巧嶽式A與同行善友建立和合增上的共學團隊。 五、參與體驗活動,聞思修證信願行,義工儀軌學等持,成信戒定慧之果,達涉俗濟世之用。 六、廣論班的自主學習,是一種非正規的自我導向學習。學員的自主學習來自廣論內容的引發和生命經驗事件的啟發二面向。 七、學員對廣論的內涵和次第,敬謹推崇,引為圭臬,深受影響。而對團體的歸屬感與安排,更是充滿信心而安心,發願行持,此乃自我導向學習的根本動力,在團體呵護中,自行化他,但求生生增上。 八、廣論班是一種非正規的學習,學員原有的生活經驗或背景,對學佛有的成為助力,有的成為阻力,根本的差別在於心念的反應。可以正向的思惟,進行反省性的學習,輾轉增上。 九、學習後,學員都以佛弟子為榮,日常生活中,也以弟子相來自我要求。從外相生活行持的表現,到內在知見意樂的安立,大都能努力持守六度萬行,斷惡行善。 十、每週一次持續的研討,除建立上求下化的願行,更使學員在新角色的建立、人際關係的改善和行動力的展現等多方面,均呈現有益的最終結果。 十一、對佛法的體證與行持,就是向佛學習,願意像佛一樣,人格的究竟完成;自覺覺他,讓人感受到學佛的人就是不一樣。 最後,根據上述研究結論,提出對成人學習者、福智團體、政府、其他教化團體及未來研究的建議: 一、對成人學習者的建議:生命無限,把握學習機會,參與廣論班研討,開展豐富人生。成人學習者應促進家庭成員的共學共成長。 二、對福智團體的建議:對團體內部方面,持守儉約宗風,賡續法師悲願,凝聚成員向心,加強人才養成,提升莊嚴使命,善巧教化施為,克服學習障礙,激勵學習士氣,探討流失對治,鼓勵學術研究,促進團體進步。 對外方面,整體系統規畫,鼓勵在外表現,加強宣傳行銷,開辦媒體弘化,促進學術交流,提升團體形象,正法住世普化。 三、對政府和其他教化團體的建議:政府機關應鼓勵、推廣各類型宗教活動,並加強經費補助和管理、輔導,發揮宗教的社會教育和心靈提升的的弁遄C各宗教團體應加強信徒的吸納,推展宗教教育的普化。推展教化的典範:專書研讀,平等研討,解行並重並終生行持。善用視聽媒體,系統開課,方便學習,開展人間佛教的弘化。 四、未來研究的建議:就研究樣本言,可以其他宗教團體或成教機構作比較研究。就研究對象言,可以不同的宗教信眾或非信眾為對象,進行比較分析。就研究內容、方法言,可再作深入的質性研究,或進行量化的研究,以擴大研究的解釋性和解釋範圍。 . This research is to discuss the learning experience and impact on life of adults after participating in Buddhism Preaching Courses. There are 3 main purposes: 1. The learning experiences of adults in attending the Buddhism Seminar 2. The changes emerged in the daily lives of adults after attending the seminars 3. Providing suggestions based on the results of research for adult learners, Buddhism bodies, government and other preaching units as well as the reference of future research. To attain the above purpose, the research analyzed literatures to make related research and theoretical study. Based on the results of study and observation of literatures, we designed outlines for interview and conducted the interview with the consents of 9 adult learners. Finally, the literature analysis and the process results of interview data, we reached the following conclusions: 1. Prior to attending Seminar for The Great Books on the Steps of the Path, the learners were seldom in contact with Buddhism group and their knowledge of Buddhism is limited to the mercy act of saving sufferers and helping the world, and very little to the highest wisdom of training of both wisdom and happiness. 2. The life before learning is mostly within 6 ways of helping people that complies with the social codes only, without the motive and drive of doing good to the society. The goal of life is to chase earthy happiness without covering also goods and increasing the happiness of next life. 3. The leads for them to attend the seminar are mostly the invitation or introduction of friends or family. Positive and reverse leads are only hairline apart which is also come from family or other intimate person, which takes good turning and transformation. 4. Attending the preaching program, they are deeply assimilated to the context of The Great Books on the Steps of the Path”, and they became respectful and sincere to teachers and masters and in the equal and warm discussion atmosphere, they accept the demonstration and inspiration, sensing the achievement of others and thinking the benefits they spread to the world and build up joint leaning team with classmates to build a harmonic and bettering next lift pursuing group. 5. Participating the experiencing activities, hear, think, meditate, believe determine and act, learn the way a volunteers are doing and copy the way they do, so as to enter the real world and help to better the world. 6.
