宗教休閒參與度及體驗與生活滿意度之研究 -- 以佛光山佛學夏令營教師為例=A Study on Teachers’ Religious Leisure Participation, Experience and Life Satisfaction in Buddhist Summer Camp of Fo Guang Shan Monastery as example
本研究目的旨在探討參加「佛光山全國教師佛學夏令營」之教師宗教休閒參與度、宗教休閒體驗及生活滿意度之現況,並分析不同背景變項的佛學營教師在宗教休閒參與度、宗教休閒體驗及生活滿意度之差異情形。最後則探討宗教休閒參與度、宗教休閒體驗及生活滿意度之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以參加「佛光山2015年全國教師佛學夏令營」之教師為研究對象,共回收405份有效問卷,以SPSS For Windows 17.0版,進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、及簡單迴歸分析等,歸納出結論如下: 一、 佛學營教師之宗教休閒參與度以參與大眾媒體活動居多。教師之年齡、婚姻狀況、目前職務、皈依時間及參與佛教活動次數之不同背景變項於宗教休閒參與度達顯著差異。 二、 佛學營教師之宗教休閒體驗以實體環境體驗較高。教師之婚姻狀況、皈依時間及參與佛教活動次數之不同背景變項於宗教休閒體驗達顯著差異。 三、 在生活滿意度上,多數的佛學營教師大致來說能依自己的期望來生活。教師之年齡、婚姻狀況、目前職務及參與佛教活動次數之不同背景變項於生活滿意度達顯著差異。 四、 佛學營教師之宗教休閒參與度和生活滿意度呈現顯著相關;佛學營教師之宗教休閒體驗和生活滿意度呈現顯著相關;佛學營教師之宗教休閒參與度和宗教休閒體驗呈現顯著相關。 五、 宗教休閒參與度可以有效預測生活滿意度,宗教休閒體驗可以有效的預測生活滿意度,宗教休閒參與度可以有效預測宗教休閒體驗。宗教休閒參與度、宗教休閒體驗對生活滿意度有影響,透過宗教休閒體驗的增強模式,進而提高對生活的滿意度。 六、 《大般涅槃經》上說:「一切眾生悉有佛性。」眾生本身就有離苦得樂的潛能,也就是佛性。因此快樂的根本妙方就在我們的內心。《維摩經》說:「吾有法樂,不樂世俗之樂。」當我們信仰正當的宗教,聽聞正法,感受到正法之味如飲甘露,便會心生愛樂,勤奮求法,而不會感到疲厭,因為在法樂之中,能獲得更多的歡喜。最後根據本研究分析所得結果,建議藉著從事宗教活動中所產生的自省、謙懷與歸屬感,讓我們得到心靈上的祥和、舒坦與包容,甚至影響所及在日常生活中,因而珍惜自己所擁有的一切。 「心美,看什麼都美!」
The purpose of this study was mainly to explore the current religious leisure participation, experience and life satisfaction of the teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp of Fo Guang Shan Monastery, and the variations between the teachers with different backgrounds. It also explored the difference between leisure participation, experience and life satisfaction. This study applied a questionnaire approach. The subjects of the questionnaires were teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp of Fo Guang Shan Monastery in 2015. There were 405 effective questionnaires returned. The collected data were analyzed with respects to descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and simple regression analysis with the use of SPSS program (Windows 17.0). The findings of this study were as follows:
1. Teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp were more involved in Mass Media activities of leisure participation. There were significant differences in teachers participating in leisure activities. The variables of age, marital status, recent working position and length and frequency of converted were included. 2. The physical environment experience was the greatest religious leisure experience by the teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp. However, marital status, length and frequency of converted, and frequency in leisure activity participation showed a significant difference in religious leisure experience. 3. In the life satisfaction, for most of the teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp, they would like to live according to their own expectations. The age, marital status, recent working position, and frequency in leisure activity participation showed a significant difference in experienced religious leisure. 4. A significant correlation was found between religious leisure participation and life satisfaction of the teachers who participated in National Teachers Buddhist summer camp. Teachers’ religious leisure experience and life satisfaction had a positive correlation. Teachers’ religious leisure participation and religious leisure experience had a positive correlation. 5. The religious leisure participation would effectively predict the life satisfaction. The religious leisure experience would effectively predict the life satisfaction. The religious leisure participation would effectively predict the religious leisure experience. The religious leisure participation and religious leisure experience influenced life satisfaction. Therefore, it might improve life satisfaction through enhanced mode of religious leisure experience. 6. The Mahaparinirvana Sutra says, all beings have Buddha-nature. It is Buddha nature for all human beings with the potential to achieve the happiness by staying off the course of suffering. Thence, the fundamental wat for happiness is in our hearts.
