In the carving of emperor and empress worshiping Buddha of Binyang central grotto there were five supporter figures,in which the two men were the image of Xiaowen emperor and Xuanwu emperor that was prince at that time,the three women were the image of Wenzhao dowager empress,You empress and Xuanwu empress that was princess at that time.The carving exhibited the course of royal family worshiping Buddha and fused the ritual system after Xiaowen emperor reforming,embodied the Confucianism idea which take benevolence and filial piety as centre.
