This paper introduces construction, history, structure and characteristics of the Zhenhai Pagoda at Haiyan, and also discusses dating of the pagoda and its underground chamber. The pagoda was first built at the end of Yuan Dynasty. It yields 47 objects (or groups of objects) and approximately 370 coins. The varieties consist of gold, silver, bronze, iron, lead, jade, crystal, porcelain, wood, and paper. Various delicate bronze vessels of Song and Yuan Dynasty are especially valued.
